I struggle daily with mental health and know all too well the impact that negative thoughts can cause. Also, the Fake smiling face you put on for others to hide your faults inside. I am stronger every day, and my mental mindset is strengthened by the ones around me and the support I have from my loved ones and my brothers/ sisters in arms.
I have been deployed to Syria, Afghanistan and Iraq. I have seen things and done things that create consistent regret and memories. That alone with the everyday life of adjustment creates challenges constantly, and without a support system, I would be lost. So Bringing awareness and promoting a positive culture in our community is my reason for supporting this organization. The realization of SELF CARE is essential, and surrounding yourself with a like-minded social structure only enhances your inner peace. Finding your Motivation to complete goals can drive your opportunities for success and set you up to accomplish anything. My motivation will always be my Wife, Daughter, Son and Dogs.
